Dear Justin,

I am writing to sing the praises of Melco, Inc.!  We are so ecstatic about our experience with Melco, Inc. that I have gone so far as to post a couple of entries on my business Facebook page about our amazing Amaya XTS machines, Melco sales personnel and tech support.

We purchased 2 Amaya XTS machines and now have all aspects of our business “in house.” For more than 15 years we have subcontracted the embroidered personalization of our wool Christmas stockings. Our embroiderer, who owns 4 Melco machines of various ages, had such a glowing recommendation for Melco that we had to consider the new Amaya XTS machines for our own use. Once all of the research was done and questions were answered by Melco sales rep, Jon Ehrlich, we were convinced that we were getting an amazing product that would meet our needs and more. 

We had an awesome on-site training session with Colleen who went beyond the call of duty to give us more time than initially anticipated. Upon her leaving, we felt we had all of the information to begin with complete confidence.

However, our start wasn’t without some questions. So we made some calls to tech support. I cannot say enough positive things about the Melco tech support staff. I have talked with 3 different tech support personnel. I was elated that I didn’t have a long wait, if any, to connect with someone. And I was impressed that they are all extremely friendly and patient in helping troubleshoot the issues I had called about.

The extra bonus in purchasing our Amaya machines is that they are made in the U.S. It is easy to sing Melco’s praises. We have had such a positive experience thus far and feel that Melco has partnered with us in our business because of their outstanding support. It’s a great feeling! Thank you, Melco!
