"I am totally inspired. I love them. I went from a Janome 10000 and decided; I’m either going to quite or go all the way. I started in the late ‘80 helping in an embroidery shop on a 12 head Tajima w/ a couple Melco single heads. My first impression was wow look I can do 12 jackets all at once and my next thought was wow I can ruin 12 jackets all at once. I had problems one night and called a Melco tech; he walked me right through it. The service was great! I haven’t found anybody at Melco that I don’t like, they are wonderful. I do karate tournaments regularly and the AMAYA transports wonderfully. They are so reliable."

I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying DesignShop Pro 2004. I thought about purchasing another system when I started my own business in 1998, but needed the option to service Melco embroidery machine users. I have always thought Melco EDS Systems to be reliable and the only option to offer condensed designs to Melco clients. In my 15+ years as a digitizer, I've used many other systems. Design Shop Pro 2004 is now my favorite of all time. And, my Melco clients (and other machine users) are just as pleased as I am! Thank you for offering this at a good price!

I have owned my AMAYA machines for three months, and will never again consider buying any other machine. During busy times, my six Amayas have stitched over 2,000 designs a week- more than 25 million stitches! I have never seen any other traditional embroidery machine reach that level of production. AMAYA's technical support staff has been super whenever I have called them. Between the training, maintenance support, and general business advice they have provided, they have been true partners with me in my business. I will be buying more AMAYA machines as soon as possible.

We've been in business since 1929 and we've tried many machines and the best we found were Melco's. One of the things we like about Melco is the support. They are here in the US and I like the fact that I am talking to the manufacturer and not a distributor. We service our own machines, but whenever we have a need for support, Melco has always been there to help us. The macines are work horses, and run production very well. We are very happy about that. They are really easy to use.

We took a look at the AMAYA machines and saw the superior technology and versatility in them and realized we needed to make that change.

We now have 9 Melco AMAYA machines and because we get large and small orders, we can set the machines up different each day based on our production schedule. This capability along with the greatly increased speed has allowed us to be more efficient and therefore more productive.

Melco has service locally so when I do need a service call, they are very responsive and the quality of the service is excellent. We are very happy with our investment in the AMAYA machines and appreciate the technology built into the machines and the software.
