Product Return Policy

Dear Melco Customer,

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must return the product within 30 days of the original invoice date and Melco will provide you with a credit, replacement, or refund subject to the conditions described below. In order to return product to Melco please contact Melco Technical Support at 1-877-840-5829 or ShopMelco at 1-800-877-4272 and ask for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please be ready to give us detailed information on why you would like to return your product to Melco. Returned product without a RMA number and without proper return reasons will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Please note the following conditions:

All returns must clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package. Packages received without the RMA number printed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. Product returns are to be shipped freight pre-paid to the following address:

All returns must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Otherwise, Melco reserves the right to return the material at the sender's expense.

Packages that were ordered by mistake can be returned to Melco by contacting Melco Technical Support at 1-877-840-5829 or ShopMelco at 1-800-877-4272 where a RMA number will be issued. Resolution of shipping damage is solely the responsibility of the customer (all products are shipped FOB Denver).

All returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA issuance, otherwise the authorization becomes void and the product will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

No merchandise will be accepted for replacement, credit, or refund after 30 days (of original invoice date). The product will be returned to you at your expense or assessed a 50% restocking fee at our discretion.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $15 handling fee, whichever is greater unless the product is returned due to a defect in material or workmanship or an error in Melco's order fulfillment process.

Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and Motors are subject to a retest fee of $115 unless the item is returned unopened in its original packaging.

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip and the completed Product Return Form (MS Word doc). Failure to return the product with the proper paperwork will result in denial of credit to your account.

Defective product returned after 30 days (of original invoice date) will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

You are responsible for return shipping charges unless you received a shipment that was sent to you by mistake or the product sent to you is defective.

We will not accept any C.O.D. returns.

All refunds or credits are based on actual purchase price less any promotions, rebate amounts, shipping, restocking, and handling fees.

Products returned to Melco that do not comply with this policy will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense, and no credit will be given. Thank you very much for allowing us to do business with you!
