We have had the G2 since October of 2010. The machine has been a great investment for our company. We are able to produce low quantity shirts as well as higher quantities. This machine is able to do things that traditional screen printing will not do. For instance, I have had two customers recently bring in hand-drawn pictures that they wanted on a shirt. We scanned the art and used the MelcoRip Software to easily put the designs on a shirt. They turned out great!

The customer service is great. Melco is there for us to help with anything we need. Our onsite trainer has been awesome. Anytime we have any questions he is available. He came to our shop and took us through everything step by step and stayed with us all day (even though it only took a half a day to complete training). He answered our questions, helped us print our own shirts and showed us all the tricks to printing digital.

Machine maintenance is so simple and only takes about 10 minutes or less. It is quick and easy to do! We as a company are very pleased with our purchase of the G2. It has boosted our monthly sales in shirts! Our customers love the turn-around time and the fact there is no minimum! The quality of all the shirts is awesome!

We have had our MelcoJet for three years now and it is the best investment we have ever made.  We print about 50 shirts per day on our MelcoJet at an average resale of $13.50 ea. To print 50 shirts takes us about three hours. This works out to $3375.00 per week working 3 hours per day. On a yearly basis this works out to $175,000.00 that's a billing rate of $229.16 per hour. The MelcoJet is easy to use, easy to train new operators on and easy to maintain.  The MelcoJet is very easy to transport, we take it to car shows, dog shows, local festivals, PTA events and High School sporting events. Our customers love the shirts!  The MelcoJet is very versatile. We do Canvas art prints, we print on metal, mouse pads, sweatshirts, and nylon jerseys. The MelcoJet is a great way to expand your business and your income!

We had been in business for 15 years and had worn out our original four-head six needle embroidery machine. Like a lot of people who are new to a business, we didn't know a lot about embroidery machines when we started. After 15 years we knew what we wanted in an embroidery machine. We knew the right questions to ask, we knew the features we wanted, and we knew how to test an embroidery machine to find out if all the claims are true. We talked to and tested every major manufacturer on the market. We decided on the AMAYA. Notice I said decided not settled on. The AMAYA was superior in every way. Quality and consistency of design, sewing speed, sewing field, ease of sewing caps, software (both the AMAYA OS and DesignShop). It was user friendly and easy to train our operators on. I was writing in regards to the Amaya XTS machine I recently purchased, I just wanted to mention to you that I am very glad that I purchased the machine, we love it. We were using a Brother BAS 416 prior to purchasing the AMAYA and all I can say I what a difference, the machine runs great, few or no thread breaks at all even when sewing complicated designs. It has relieved a lot of headaches in our shop.

The AMAYA OS is easy to use, very intuitive and gives the user tons of flexibility when choosing how to sew out the design.

Also we love the DesignShop PRO+ software we purchased as well. It is easy to use and again very flexible to fit any users needs. From simple work all the way up to full blown digitizing, it is awesome.

We recently attended the training class on how to properly operate and maintain the machine. It was a wonderful class; the instructor Scott Stengel was very helpful and full of great tips and trickS on how to make the machine run great. Two thumbs up for Scott!

So to sum it purchasing the AMAYA XTS was one of the most sound investments our company has made, and you made the purchase smooth and very easy. Again we love everything about the machine, the software and the training, Melco is a great company with a great product. Keep up the great work.

Dave (pictured) and I bought our G2 Direct to Garment Printer in October 2010 and have loved it more each day. We use it more than our screen printing equipment and have even used it in combination with screen printing. It is easy to use and maintain. We just finished a job of 280 tees for an Earth Day event. They look great and we gave the client a great price. We are currently doing some sports graphics on tees for a local weekend market event and they look awesome.

This machine is capable of producing some amazing products. Also, we're looking forward to printing on canvas soon. Melco's sales, training and support staff have been great and we consider them friends. We recommend this machine for any shop and bet you will love it as much as we do.

I am writing to sing the praises of Melco, Inc.!  We are so ecstatic about our experience with Melco, Inc. that I have gone so far as to post a couple of entries on my business Facebook page about our amazing Amaya XTS machines, Melco sales personnel and tech support.

We purchased 2 Amaya XTS machines and now have all aspects of our business “in house.” For more than 15 years we have subcontracted the embroidered personalization of our wool Christmas stockings. Our embroiderer, who owns 4 Melco machines of various ages, had such a glowing recommendation for Melco that we had to consider the new Amaya XTS machines for our own use. Once all of the research was done and questions were answered by Melco sales rep, Jon Ehrlich, we were convinced that we were getting an amazing product that would meet our needs and more. 

We had an awesome on-site training session with Colleen who went beyond the call of duty to give us more time than initially anticipated. Upon her leaving, we felt we had all of the information to begin with complete confidence.

However, our start wasn’t without some questions. So we made some calls to tech support. I cannot say enough positive things about the Melco tech support staff. I have talked with 3 different tech support personnel. I was elated that I didn’t have a long wait, if any, to connect with someone. And I was impressed that they are all extremely friendly and patient in helping troubleshoot the issues I had called about.

The extra bonus in purchasing our Amaya machines is that they are made in the U.S. It is easy to sing Melco’s praises. We have had such a positive experience thus far and feel that Melco has partnered with us in our business because of their outstanding support. It’s a great feeling! Thank you, Melco!
